We were welcomed by a strong cigarette smell in the lobby, which only got worse when we entered our room. There was hair in the mini fridge and on surfaces, making it clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The beds were falsely advertised as queen when they were actually full size, leaving us cramped and disappointed.

This hotel boasts a convenient location, close to shopping and dining, yet my stay was marred by numerous issues. From noisy rooms and maintenance troubles to service deficiencies at the front desk, it felt chaotic. The spacious Double Studio is a plus, but cleanliness and upkeep were lacking. Not the relaxing getaway I’d hoped for.

Target audience may feel uneasy

We had a pretty nice room although the shower was a bit basic. The staff were friendly and helpful in the morning when we needed some extra towels.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable.

Stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite. The AC worked like a champ, keeping us cool on a hot day. Loved the unique setup of the living room and kitchen area. The outdoor swimming pool kept the kids entertained all evening!

The king studio with sofa bed was spacious and had air conditioning that worked perfectly. The room included a microwave, refrigerator, and large flat-screen TV, making it very convenient. The fitness center and outdoor swimming pool were nice touches. The breakfast had freshly made pastries and a good variety of cereals. Free Wi-Fi added value too.

Munching on some killer fries at Pub W right around the corner was a highlight. Plus, the beds in our Double Studio Sofa Bed were snug as a bug! Can't beat that combination of comfort and flavor.

Only one elevator was working, and it felt like forever waiting in line. Our key kept playing tricks on us too—had to dash to the front desk four times! Just glad our door could stay propped open for the homies.

The staff were friendly and did their best to help us, despite some guest complaints. The room was large and comfortable, providing ample space for our family. The AC functioned efficiently, making our stay pleasant on a warm evening. I also appreciated the unique living area setup. it provided an inviting space for us to unwind after a long day.

Friendly staff, clean room, great amenities, including a fitness center for a quick workout and a seasonal outdoor pool to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

Manager made it better

The staff was super friendly, and the new manager really listened when I mentioned some issues. My room was kinda cramped and had a weird smell, but at least there was a snack bar for quick bites. It was a bit of a hassle with bugs, though. Kind of a letdown for a Marriott.

Overall, really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious for my family. However, the elevator being down was a real hassle.
